五、搓牙時機重點(The main points of thread rolling dies)
One should mark the dimension of threads upon placing an order.

The correct length is indicated upon of placing orders,and then one can avoid prefabricating upon of the use once.
Upon of the machine adjustment, please note the up-and-down paralleling rate. . It is that the two thread die must be paralleled.
The forward-and-backward feeding distance must be proper.
Pitch of thread must be appropriate in case of threads defoliated.
Threads forming, one can slowly increase the press till the thread top is normal and not to press over.
After adjusting correctly, one should pre-check the iron scum normally.
⑼鐵渣在此情形，有三種原因(Three reasons of iron scum)：
The climbing place is to be fast cut, and the friction surface is obviously bright. From the starter, they are eliminated by using diamond cutters or oil stones. (Be careful not to fabricate too many)
The wire is too harden and must be annealed and then thread rolled.
The pointed thread forming of two-face thread die is incorrectly placed. (The thread die in the flexible side can beadjusted forward and backward.）
The starting point should not be over-voltage.
Avoiding the difficulties of adjusting machine, the machine activity way should be stabilized and not to be loosened.
The thread head damage is caused by bad adjusting distance and over-voltage feeding in the upper part.
During the thread rolling process, it must be no fuel leakage to avoid shortening the thread life.
